During the day we entered the building to do base line tests at 10:00am, it was a sunny morning and outside temp' reading was 20.5celcius, the sky was clear.
Team Members present Angela and Mark escorted by owner Maree.
The property was empty due to having extensive renovation work done to it.
At 10:30am we went to the basement taking temp' and E.M.F readings, in this room next to the fireplace was an entrance that led to an old smugglers tunnel, E.M.F readings for the whole room and tunnel were 0, temp' readings were 21.5celcius.
At 10:35am we went to the ground floor E.M.F readings were 0, and temp' readings 17.5celcius.
At 10:40am we went to the first floor E.M.F readings were 0, and again readings of 17.5celcius,
At 10:45 we went to the second floor E.M.F readings were 0, temp' reading was at 20.5celcius, then as we were about to leave the room Angela (our psychic) picked up on a female presence entering the room and going to a corner and standing there, she gave her name as Emma and once stayed in the building, she gave no more information and remained to observe us. During this time the following happened E.M.F raised to a reading of 3, and temp' raised to 26.0celcius once Angela said the spirit had left the room the temp' started to lower in 1.0celcius at a time until it reached 20.5celcius again. We then went to the bathroom also on this level E.M.F readings were 0, temp' reading 21.5celcius,
At 11:15am we went to the third floor E.M.F readings were 0, and temp' readings22.5celcius,
At 11.20am we went to the fourth floor E.M.F readings were 0, and temp' readings 23.0celcius, the presence of a elderly lady was felt.

NIGHTTIME INVESTIGATION.

At 9pm we started investigation, for the first hour we repeated base line tests and set up camcorders in basement (inside smugglers tunnel) on the second floor in small room. On the fourth floor we placed a tape recorder and trigger objects placed in each room.
Two further camcorders using nightvision were used by Angela and Wayne, Mark was using E.M.F meter and Ion detector and was also responsible for trigger objects.
During the investigation in the basement. The presence of a lady was detected by Angela, we then proceeded to ask for confirmation, the Ion detector which was placed on the hearth in the fireplace buzzed and then fell over, despite being perfectly placed, Angela then continued to make contact with the spirit who gave her name as Mary, asked why she was here she gave the following.

She had died in the tunnel, she used to work at the house as a maid in the mid 1700's, she had reported the smugglers operations to the authorities.
The smugglers had discovered her betrayal somehow, they took her down the tunnel and demolished the walls, leaving her trapped between the two collapses to die, the smugglers then blocked the tunnel entrance before the authorities arrived.

At 01.00am. Things had been pretty quiet for a while so we went to check on the trigger objects and locked off cameras, All was as it had been left until we reached the fourth floor bedroom, Whilst in the room we could hear footsteps on the stairs as we left the room to investigate no sounds were heard, however listening back to the tape recorder we all heard a voice which clearly said "AND WHAT THOU"

At 03.00am the investigation ended as nothing more happened all night.

On the follow up investigation we placed trigger objects on the fourth floor were the voice phenomena took place. We were there only to show owner Maree what had happened, we took photographs of trigger object, placed a tape recorder in the room and set up a camcorder. We left the room for a while and on return to the room, All present on this occasion Mark, Angela, Maree and her friend, could all see the object had moved, the camcorder and tape recorder show clearly no-one entered the room.
